While doing some people watching this week, my favorite hobby off of a perch with a smoothie in the mall or just out and about in town taking notes I noticed that easily 5 out of 7 had some sort of animal print, and I mean literally took a tally on napkins. While animal prints have always been a staple throughout dating back to prehistoric time for even precolonial when it was a luxury to have a fur or print symbolizing status they haven’t gone away and are much more widely available since the creation of synthetic furs.
Just like a variety of polka dots or other geometric shapes, animal prints are a staple that haven't left the runway - or even the hearts of Ohioans young and old.

Granted this boot isn't animal print, I really like the look of it warm and delicate.

Even though animal prints are everywhere I'm glad to report that H&M didn't embrace them in the fall sweater collection...I love the gradient look this year in sweater patterns.
