Ever hear of "sparklies"? I didn't either as I was overhearing a conversation while some girls were rifling through a wall various rhinestone jewelry. While it reminded me of a Claire's from the local mall there was a variety of rhinestone accessories for everything from the hair, ears, or neckline.
